Product introduction

Magnetron is one of the main electrical components of microwave equipment, consisting of cathode (filament), anode, annular magnet, coupling ring, antenna (mainly used for microwave energy output), heat sink, and filament plug. Its characteristics are simple structure, small size, light weight, reliable operation, and low cost.
The magnetron we currently use is a specialized magnetron for industrial microwave equipment, mostly manufactured by Panasonic in Japan. Generally, magnetrons are divided into two heat dissipation methods: water cooling and air cooling. Because the microwave conversion efficiency of magnetrons is about 70%, the remaining 30% of the power becomes heat during operation, and the excess heat is dissipated on the tube. Due to the high power and temperature rise, magnetron is subjected to forced air cooling or water cooling to prevent overheating and damage.
Shanghai Microwave Company is a large industrial microwave equipment manufacturing enterprise that can also provide customers with high-quality microwave accessories.
The microwave accessories that interest you include: microwave equipment transmission belts, microwave equipment transformers, microwave capacitors, microwave excitation chambers, microwave electrical cooling fans, microwave leak detectors, infrared thermometers, microwave diodes, etc.
